''Pristimantis ockendeni'' is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. It is found in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and possibly Bolivia. Its natural habitats are tropical moist lowland forests, tropical moist montane forests, and heavily degraded former forest.
